Chief Executive Officer

Known to the team as Ramani Sir, T. Venkataramani brings over four decades of professional experience spanning national defence, aerospace quality assurance, global HR services and enterprise technology. He began in the Indian Navy as Chief Electrical Engineer of a warship — a role that set the discipline and composure that still define how he works. He then served as Joint Director at the Naval Institute of Aeronautical Technology, and as Regional Controller for Aeronautical Quality Assurance in Mumbai, responsible for quality and safety standards across Indian aviation, where there is no tolerance for error. Moving into industry, he led international back-office operations and P&L for Central India and Andhra Pradesh at Ma Foi Randstad, headed the Shared Services Centre at Randstad India, and served as Country Director for India at Axletree Solutions. Since 2020 he has led Ayan Tech Solutions, first as COO and now as CEO — a premier SAP services company in Chennai serving more than fifty enterprise clients across India, Europe and the United States. As CEO of Athreya MedTech, he drives the adoption of AI and technology in healthcare. He holds an MBA in Information Systems Management from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), Mumbai, a Master's in Electronics and Telecommunications from Savitribai Phule Pune University, and a degree in Electrical Engineering. He speaks Tamil, English, Hindi and French.
